Natalie Layne, Esq.
Associate Attorney
Natalie Layne, Esquire is a born-and-raised Floridian who discovered her passion for the law early in life when she began studying in the Orlando-based William R. Boone High School law magnet program at age 14. She went on to complete her undergraduate studies in literature and language at both East Tennessee State University and the University of Central Florida, graduating with her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
Attorney Layne completed her Juris Doctor at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. During law school, she assumed numerous leadership positions for campus organizations which she credits with generating the service-oriented mindset she continues to bring to her practice and local community.
Attorney Layne began working in the legal field several years prior to law school, first as a legal assistant, then as a discovery assistant, paralegal, senior paralegal, and finally as both a legal intern and law clerk during law school. She joined C. Alvarez Law as an associate attorney directly after admittance to the Florida Bar, and she firmly believes that working her way up through the legal profession generated a deeper understanding of how legal staff at every level contribute to excellence in practice.
Navigating family law can feel treacherous as clients often fear for the things they value most – their children, and their hard-earned assets. Attorney Layne can often be overheard saying, “Conflict with kindness,” which embodies her commitment to exhibiting respect towards all parties while minimizing fear on behalf of her clients via zealous representation.
Attorney Layne is a member of the Florida Bar, and her current memberships include Phi Alpha Delta and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers.
